This line of work is full of suprises! Video has been slowed to 1/2 speed. Was early morning in TN, we were close to crossing into VA so I was still running chase but HP set up so we wouldn't have to stop. As the driver chose to pass on the right side of the dump truck, I chose to go left. His front left steer tire came off without an explosion. Don't know where it went. You can hear bits of aluminum rim hitting my car. 🫣😳
