Today on our franchise questionnaire we were asked how much money it takes to outfit a location to launch a Rapid Recovery.

I answered "Depends on whether or not you can talk your wife into painting the place."

🤣 Certainly have come a long way since those days.

Well, I was prepared to talk about healthy, hydrating snacks for summer weather in the South, like watermelon and grapes, but you aren't going outside in this dreary mess, so screw it. Have the pastry. You can't go through life with no joy whatsoever or else you're working hard for nothing.

You ever have one of those days where your text app, email, secure messaging app, and phone all have a zillion notifications mocking you and you have two meetings scheduled and a bunch of crap in your mailbox?
