On this day, November 28, 2012, Monsignor Joseph Strickland from Tyler TX was installed as a bishop by late Pope Benedict the XVI, his last choice as bishop to be included in the episcopal order.

Let’s celebrate this special day and pray for our faithful shepherd so that he may continue to guide us and steer our entire Church onto the right path by his example and strenuous teachings.

Rosary Procession has moved to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in downtown Tyler. Join us on Saturday, Nov 18th at 10AM to unite with the Most Sacred Heart, offering our prayers in defense of Holy Mother Church & for Bishop Strickland. Pray for the Church. Pray for the good bishop.

We would like to encourage everyone to join a peaceful Rosary Procession on this Saturday morning to show our support for the beloved Bishop Strickland in his recent removal from our diocese. We, as his faithful flock, are left with many different emotions as our shepherd has been unjustly removed. This will be a time for us to come together to pray for our beloved Bishop Strickland to show our unity and continued support for him and to gather as a community to mourn our loss of our true shepherd. Please plan on joining us either in person or doing a rosary together where you live.
Please note that Bishop Strickland will not be at this event and this rally is organized by ‘Sacred Military Order of Knights of the Republic.’

We are very excited to announce this event coming up this Sunday. This is an ecumenical day of prayer and fellowship for all Christians in the Tyler and surrounding areas.
