We exist to recruit and shepherd Christ-Centered families in East Texas to help children in foster care.

Today reminded us that our volunteers have hearts for serving in every way—even when it comes to the tiniest of God's creations. 🐦💙

These two amazing volunteers were serving in our volunteer-run Collective Closet when they had a very special visitor. A sweet little bird found its way into our office, and they patiently helped guide it safely back outside. It was a beautiful reminder that compassion shows up in both the big and little moments.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to serve children and families affected by foster care. Whether they're organizing donations in our Collective Closet, changing out Heart Gallery displays, serving at events for foster, adoptive, and kinship families, or becoming a Certified Sitter, our volunteers make a lasting difference.

It truly takes a Collective village to love and serve children and families affected by foster care, and we couldn't do this work without each and every volunteer who gives their time, talents, and heart.

Have you been looking for a way to make a difference? We'd love to help you find your "something." There is a place for everyone to serve, and we'd be honored to help you get connected.
