New Generation Baptist Church

Congratulations ladies!! These ladies were baptized yesterday!! God is Great!!

We must remember the Bible does not command us to be strong, no it commands us to be strong 'In the Lord, and in the power of His might" (Ephesians 6:10) The problem is many of us (myself included) have tried to be strong under our own personal strength but this is not the command. The command is to rely, depend upon, become utterly, desperately dependent upon the strength and power of God. This requires us to be like new born babes understanding we cant feed ourselves, wash ourselves, or protect ourselves without union and relationship to our parent. God is our spiritual parent so today I challenge myself and you, become helplessly dependent upon God to be your strength in whatever it is you are going through!
