With the first FEC deadline of 2026 just weeks away, now is the time to ensure your committee stays compliant. Since 2026 is an election year, most committees are required to file either monthly or quarterly reports.
Filing Frequency by Committee Type:

📊 Quarterly: House and Senate campaign committees
📊 Monthly: National party committees
📊 Quarterly OR Monthly: Presidential campaigns, PACs, and state/district/local committees

Remember: If you need to change your filing frequency, you must notify the FEC in writing and can only make this change once per year.
