Who we are: A team that’s been aging right alongside you for 30+ years—and getting better at it.

At the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, visually impaired British sprinter Libby Clegg and her guide runner Chris Clarke delivered a masterclass in teamwork and trust.

When two people believe in one another, amazing things can happen. This blind Paralympian and her guide are a powerful reminder that success is built on trust, communication, and a shared belief in what’s possible.

As a coach and personal trainer, I’ve seen this time & time again. The clients who make the greatest progress are the ones who trust the process, trust their coach, and allow themselves to learn, grow, and sometimes see things from a different perspective. The relationship goes both ways. They believe in me, and I believe in them.

When trust and commitment come together, obstacles become opportunities, and goals that once seemed impossible become achievable.

Working out should be fun, safe, and something you actually enjoy and connect to. ❤️

At 92 years old and living with COPD, this client comes in huffing and puffing. Instead of forcing traditional exercise, we warm up through dance, breathwork, rhythm, and movement around her center and spine — while I safely support her balance by backing up against her so she can move freely without fear of falling.

By the end of the session, she’s breathing better, moving better, and feels light, airy, and alive again. That’s what movement should do.

Walter has faced multiple health issues but despite that he continues to push himself to show up for his training sessions. He knows his life depends on it.
