"My favorite thing about memoryBlue, and the reason I joined, is the extensive network you build here. As the saying goes, “Your network is your net worth.”
At memoryBlue, you meet like-minded people who are striving toward similar goals: building the skill of selling and, at its core, helping people. The connections you make here shape you both personally and professionally. Beyond getting promoted at a faster pace, getting hired out quickly, and being supported through the Rising Stars program, you also become comfortable sitting in a room full of C-suite executives and high performers.
The resources memoryBlue provides set you up for success, even if sales is not your long-term focus. I’m grateful to be part of this organization, and I wish the best to everyone currently in it or moving on from it." -Kenji Vivas, SDR, Boston Office

"When I graduated college with a marketing degree, I had no idea what my career path was going to look like. After months of interviews across different industries, I kept hearing the same advice: look into tech sales. From day one at memoryBlue, leadership asked about my goals beyond the SDR role, what I cared about, and what kind of career I wanted to build. More importantly, they remembered those conversations, followed up, and genuinely invested in helping me move toward the things that mattered to me.
memoryBlue gave me direction when I needed it most. It gave me exposure to different industries, clients, and career paths, while surrounding me with people who truly wanted to see me succeed. memoryBlue gave me the space to figure out what I loved and the support to pursue it. If you are a new grad feeling overwhelmed or unsure where you belong, I cannot recommend memoryBlue enough. Take the leap. You will not regret it."

"When I graduated from college, I had no idea what I wanted to do or where I wanted my career to go. A few friends recommended memoryBlue as a great way to break into the technology industry and learn sales, so I decided to give it a shot. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. What started as a way to get my foot in the door turned into an experience that helped shape both my career and who I am as a professional.
What surprised me most was the people. I expected coworkers; instead, I found a group of friends who genuinely wanted to see each other succeed. The Denver office never felt like a place where people simply showed up, worked for eight hours, and went home. It felt like a team. Whether we were competing, celebrating wins, helping each other through challenges, or just spending time together outside of work, the relationships I built here became one of the most valuable parts of my experience.
memoryBlue has also given me opportunities to grow in ways I never expected. I came in looking to learn sales and technology, but over time I found myself mentoring new hires, taking on leadership responsibilities, helping drive office culture initiatives, and continuing to develop skills that I know will benefit me for the rest of my career. The environment pushes you to improve while providing the support and encouragement needed to succeed.
What makes memoryBlue special is that it gives you much more than a job. It gives you exposure to countless industries, teaches you skills that translate to any future role, and surrounds you with people who help you become a better version of yourself. I joined because I wanted to start a career in tech, but I stayed because I found a community that challenged me, supported me, and helped me grow." — Duncan May, Sales Development Executive, Denver Office
