Proven experience in drywall repair, including patching, smoothing, and texturing.

Ability to match existing wall and ceiling textures seamlessly.

Own transportation and necessary tools for drywall repair.

Strong understanding of and adherence to OSHA safety regulations.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Job Title: Customer Service / Accounting Clerk

Location: Umatilla, FL
Job Type: Full Time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized Customer Service / Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, accounting, and administrative duties. This role involves scheduling repairs and warranty services, managing payables, and providing general clerical support. The position requires a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate repairs and warranty services
Enter and process accounts payable
Assist with general accounting tasks, including invoicing and reconciliation
Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Maintain organized records in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and other systems
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues promptly
Handle other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service and accounting support roles preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Microsoft Outlook
Strong phone etiquette and customer-facing communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Prior experience in a similar position is preferred
