Welcome to the 2016 Union RAMS Football Season!

Attention Flag Football & Cheer parents: the flag season practices will start Tuesday Aug 16 6-7pm

Those who are registered for tackle football and travel cheer with a cleared physical will start practice today Monday 8/1 at 6pm

(weather permitting).

Please wear a t-shirt shorts and cleats for football and a tshirts shorts and good support sneakers for cheer.

Please also hydrate with water and for cheer bring a towel to lay on the ground for exercises.

The field house will be open at 5pm to receive paperwork and answer questions and concerns.

We practice in all weather with the exception of lightning.

If practice will be cancelled due to inclement weather, please check your email, our page (Union Rams) and our website (www.unionrams.org)
