As America celebrates its 250th Anniversary, we proudly honor the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who fought for our nation’s independence—especially the heroes of the Battle of Connecticut Farms, fought right here in Union on June 7, 1780.

Their determination helped shape the freedoms we enjoy today, and their legacy continues to inspire generations of Americans.

To commemorate this historic milestone, the Township of Union PBA Local 69 is proud to unveil our America 250 Challenge Coin—a tribute to our country’s founding, the rich Revolutionary history of our community, and the men and women who continue to serve and protect it every day.

From the fields of Connecticut Farms to the streets of Union Township, the spirit of service, sacrifice, and patriotism lives on.
