St. Louis REALTORS® sent this out this morning. This information shows that buyers might catch a break soon. While the prices still rose in May compared to 2025, the higher inventory supply could mean prices will stay steady. Only time will tell.

Bottom line, the market is good for sellers and getting better for buyers.

One more thing…Interest rates are great! They are at a 30-year average rate. If someone tells you they are waiting for the rates to go down, tell them they are going to wait a very long time, and it may not happen. Now is a good time to buy!
