Coming in second in the Gold bracket is a respectable accomplishment for a 9-hour day at the ballfield. Regrettably, we fell short in bracket play and started our comeback a little too late!

Tournament Champions for the NC NSA Summer Frenzy is The Hive 18u! These girls are essentially called the comeback kids for a reason! After losing the first 2 games of the day they battled it out in bracket and made their way to championship. Then they were down the first half of the game but they didn’t let it down, then next thing you know these girls put the bat to the ball! The gamechanger summary says it all! These girls turned it on when it was necessary and they didn’t stop til it was over!

Big congrats to them all for pulling out the win today in this brutal heat!
