Franklin County Missouri 4-H

Did you know that 4-H has an Interstate Exchange program? Interstate Exchange is a travel/host group that gives 4-H'ers the opportunity to visit other states and experience 4-H across the country! We travel one year and then host the following year. It's a fun adventure, but don't take it from us! Check out Peter's My 4-H Story!

"I show hogs through 4-H, but my favorite 4-H project was when I was part of the Interstate Exchange program. Last year, we went to Colorado and now this year the Colorado kids came to Missouri. It was a great time hosting the people and getting back in touch with them as we took them to see different local and state attractions. I would really love to do the program again, but I’m planning on attending college a decent ways away and it would be hard to commit to it again. During their trip to Missouri, we stayed the night at Branson and went to Silver Dollar City, which was my favorite part. We also visited lots of local attractions and farms in Washington. We also toured the Arch and then went to the zoo."
