Arbor Realty Trust and Fannie Mae employees recently teamed up to play a hands-on role in a Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston project. With many metros like Boston facing an affordable housing gap, it was especially meaningful for two long-time DUS partners to step away from our desks and onto the job site and see firsthand the impact a safe, stable home can have on individuals and families.

👏Four Arbor employees from our Buffalo, NY, office recently marked their 25th anniversary with our company, underscoring the many combined decades of service our teams across the country bring to our employees, clients, and partners. RoseElla Frankiewich, Senior Vice President, Servicing Operations; Jeanette Riley, Vice President, Portfolio Management; Nicole Deleys, Vice President, Quality Control; and Debra MacDougall, Senior Analyst, Investor Accounting, were among Arbor’s original employees in Buffalo and have helped shape our culture and extend financial partnerships with our clients throughout the life of their loans.
