Our team completed a culvert replacement project for the City of Hudson. Despite challenging wet conditions, we efficiently removed and reinstalled a 48” RCP culvert pipe, implemented erosion control, excavated the drainage ditch for improved downstream flow, and reclaimed the grounds, finishing ahead of schedule

With below freezing temperatures we are fortunate to have an operator and machine on this indoor project digging footers.

Footer excavation is the process of digging trenches or holes to create a foundation for a structure, specifically the footings. Footings are an essential part of a foundation, providing support by distributing the weight of the structure evenly onto the soil below. This excavation process typically involves:

Marking the area: Setting out where the footings will be located based on the building's design.

Digging: Excavating to the required depth and width, ensuring the footing will be placed on solid, undisturbed soil. The depth depends on factors like soil type, climate, and the load of the structure.

Clearing and leveling: Ensuring the bottom of the excavation is smooth and free from debris
