Now that I've adopted an alkaline food lifestyle and cleanse consistently, I have reset my metabolism. It's crazy fun to eat all the healthy fats I want and still lose weight. It's sweet to eat honey or drink orange juice without worrying about blood sugar spikes and drops. I love being stable enough to do the wild thing.
