We don't allow rat poison to be used by our residents and guests,
we thrive to protect surrounding wildlife.

We are a quiet, rural, 55+ park.
We are pet friendly so bring your furbabies!

There is a recreation hall for gatherings or simply to do some crafts.
We have large clean bathrooms with large shower stalls. There is no cable but there is free WIFI throughout the park.

There is a convenience store right next to the park entrance. Other shopping is within a mile( Brownwood )

Well Tuesday was our last night of Bingo for the season. We want to take this time to thank all of our year round and our seasonal residents also those who were just visiting,who came and supported us during Bingo and any of our other activities. We are grateful you chose our little community to spend time in. We are gonna miss everyone that travels home... Hope we see y'all again!
