We’re excited to highlight McKayla, a valued member of the NextStep team! She brings dedication, positivity, and a strong team spirit to everything she does, and we’re grateful to have her as part of the team.

Outside of work, McKayla is a busy mom to three children ages 5, 3, and 2, as well as a proud auntie to a 2-year-old niece who shares the exact same birthday as her son 🎉. Family time is at the center of just about everything she does.
She also has a creative side and loves making balloon garlands for special events for family and friends, helping make birthdays, celebrations, and gatherings even more memorable 🎈✨.

A true summer lover, most weekends you can find her and her family camping or splashing around in the creek making memories together ☀️💦. She also enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, hiking, and kayaking whenever she gets the chance 🌿🚣‍♀️.
