At the Warner Park Community Recreation Center Expansion, Vogel Bros. is helping create a more sustainable future for Madison’s North Side community through innovative energy solutions integrated directly into the facility’s design.

Beneath the site, a geothermal field is being installed to harness the earth’s consistent underground temperatures, providing efficient heating and cooling while reducing long-term energy consumption. Above, rooftop solar panels will generate renewable energy to help power the facility and support the City of Madison’s sustainability goals.

These systems, combined with expanded recreation spaces, flexible community programming areas, and modernized amenities, will create a recreation center designed to serve generations to come.
