Work in planning stage. Underground wiring is bad. Need to replace underground wiring and install schedule 40 PVC.

Customer called and said: we don't have power to several outlets. After finding a tripped circuit breaker. We reset the breaker. It immediately made a loud arching noise and tripped again. After opening several junction boxes. We found an outlet above the dropped down ceiling . The outlet was being fed from two different power sources. We disconnect and capped the second source.
