This month is National Ice Cream Month. Chocolate is my favorite. How about a fantastic fried ice cream recipe sans frying? How about a taste of gourmet ice cream? I know just the ice cream and the maker is an associate. Can you say Ice Cream Social?

Pecan crusted salmon sounds good, tastes incredible and I have the recipe, replete with the secrets.

The dictionary says that cooking is the process of preparing food by applying heat. Chef says cooking is an art that is as appealing to the eyes as it is to the heart and stomach, and registers with an approving smile.

Chef Long spent a wonderful night at the Kennedy Center.

A proclamation was awarded to Chef today, in honor of his charitable org Whalen Creations and the work that they perform for Foster Children, quite worthy, very worthy.

OMG!!! Shakeetha and Chef are at it again and on National television, no less.

Shakeetha has once again popped up on Chefs radar...must check the Wendy Williams Show tomorrow to see if Chef and Shakeetha are making an appearance together!

Chef wants to say Happy Belated Birthday to Barbie! He may still be planning something special to honor her, something simple like red velvet cupcakes.

Where in the world is Shakeetha? She's late! Do you believe it? Well when she gets here we are going to NASA Goddard, Olde Towne Inn and then if the diva has the chance we will take her by Christol Salon and Spa.
