JOSA Landscaping, a small, family owned and operated landscaping firm, seeks a dedicated, trustworthy individual to oversee office operations and grow with our business. JOSA boasts a friendly and hardworking culture along with a beautiful country headquarters in Southern Upper Marlboro.

The position reports to the Company President and provides support in office and team administration, finance, sales, and marketing that contributes to the efficient day-to-day success of the company. An ideal candidate is flexible and efficient, detail oriented with an eye towards sales, and does not mind pitching in with whatever is needed to get the job done.

Hours: part time flexible
Pay: $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience

Duties: Communicate with Clients and crews, schedule jobs, perform billing and collections, process payment receipts, order supplies, ad hoc duties as needed in a fast-paced, small business environment

Requirements:
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel needed; Quickbooks a plus but can train
• Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic) and excellent phone mannerism
• Self-starter who can work independently without a lot of supervision while also work well with a team
• Strong organizational and time management ability
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable in a bilingual work environment (Spanish & English)
• Interest in landscaping, landscape design, farming & gardening, outdoor living, construction
