An amazing burger is the Fried Egg Smash Burger......a runny fried egg, cheddar cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, and mayonnaise. If you love a fried egg, these are delicious!

It really is going to be an amazing day today. Great day to get downtown for some local shopping and stop by Uvalde Rexall for a Black Truffle Aioli Patty Melt, its a single patty smash burger on house bread, seasoned grilled mushrooms and onions, provolone cheese, and house made Black Truffle Aioli.
