Coaches Sarah, Warda, Morgan, Eva, Paloma! Thank you! What a ride it’s been. People tell us all the time that you guys make them feel capable, encouraged and stronger. They are also so glad you have their best interest at heart, even when, nay especially when, you are telling them “no rep”
Athletes, you guys really make people feel included. Over the years seeing people create bonds with new friends from completely different walks of life is so cool. What a blessing you are. I love that to our athletes at Trial Built CrossFit, no one is a stranger. You don’t know how special you make this place for new athletes and drop ins. Keep it up.
