Week #1 of our farmhouse renovation is officially in the books—and wow, what a week 😅🔨 🚧 it's been!

✔️ Rough plumbing underway
✔️ Subfloor repaired
✔️ Old gas line removed
✔️ New gas line installed
✔️ Bathroom framed
✔️ Closet framed
✔️ Septic lines set
✔️ Propane tank freshly painted

A crazy full week of work after work, long days, and a lot of progress. The guys spent most of the time underneath the house. This place is already starting to take shape, and we’re feeling good to be on track for an early to mid-June completion date! 📅 🙌

Grateful to be tackling this as a family project—alot of sweat equity and ❤️ heart going into this future rental! 💸
