Your core is not your abs. 🔥

Your core is your CENTER —
the deep stabilizing muscles that wrap around your spine, pelvis, and ribcage.

When THAT is strong? Everything changes.

Your posture improves. Your back pain decreases.
You move with more ease, more confidence, more control —
in the studio and in everyday life.

These 3 exercises are foundational to the Classical Pilates method
and they are DECEPTIVELY challenging.

Done with proper form and intentional breath,
they will reach muscles you didn't know you had. 💪
