Today i competed in the 220lbs (98kg) and broke Another STATE record for BIGJOHN . I hit 429.9 pounds . i attempted the American Record and missed , which was 480lbs and i will post it on my story. Im happy with the outcome because i’m qualified for Nationals next year in july. BIGJOHN coming for the World Record baby.
