An $850k “typical” 3 bed / 2 bath today would likely land around $3.1M to $3.45M by 2050.
Huge caveats: this assumes no major regime change—same kind of long‑run appreciation, no massive tax/land‑use shock, no Japan‑style stagnation, etc. But if you just extend the last 30 years forward, that’s the range you land in.
