Hello Everyone, with a heavy heart, due to recent events. Please know I'm re-posting this out of compassion for the fallout of the recent destruction. Already getting phone calls and the shortage of homes we already had is only going to get worse. It will be overwhelming in a week or two when people find out how bad this tragedy really is and how long it will take to move forward with their lives. Sadly people are already trying to take advantage with rentals and seeing some going for even 27k a month??? For a 3 bedroom?? I loved these homes before because I considered them a great deal even 6 months ago. It is Santa Clarita but comes with a 10 year warranty and could be used as a rental after people have time to make future decisions. It is a 55+ community but there are opportunities to have younger family live there if they are caretakers and companions can be 45. Shout out to the most amazing hauling company I have ever delt with!! Called them at 10:30 this morning and by 3pm, they had gone over and beyond to assit my clients with an entire garage full of stuff that needed to be taken away to the landfill. They even sawed a bed frame in half to get it down the stairs. Three mattress and electronics at no extra cost!! The price??? A third better than the other 3 companies we called... all this for 700 flat. I highly recommend these guys!! Said they work all over So Cal but out of SCV & SFV
