Hidden Treasures: An interior staircase between two floors of an office building, blocked off for decades (probably dating back to when a single tenant leased multiple floors), is discovered and renovated for an existing client who is expanding to another floor. Still needs lights, sprinklers, handrails, etc., but the client will have the ability to move between floors within their space without having to use public elevators or stairs. Provides security, increases productivity, and burns calories!

Congrats to our client, The Indy Lab, on their recent Grand Opening! They are already in full swing with their unique and progressive child-centered approach to learning. The new digs in Ardsley were transformed from traditional office space to accommodate preschoolers and children in an environment specially designed for them. The indoor play area is surrounded by comfortable learning rooms, and an outdoor playground (that replaced parking spaces), awaits them in the soon-to-be-warm weather!
