Please note due to COVID-19 class sizes are smaller due to NYS/C guidelines due to 6’ distancing – and all students must wear PPE (face masks) all our locations are sanitized as required by Both NYS/C and AHA guidelines (we will provide gloves)

HOURS: Sunday through Saturday 8a - 8p (dates/times vary). We have locations in Manhattan - 75 Maiden Lane, Room 408, 10038; Bronx - 981 Morris Park Avenue, 2nd floor, 10462; Queens - , first floor, 11385; Valley Stream - 131 East Merrick Road, 11580 and 3900 Sunrise Highway 11783 (opposite the SEAFORD TRAIN Station - LIRR)
