Mixed grip rows are officially a staple on my back day. 🔥
Lately I’ve been training outside more with my TRX to build upper back strength, improve grip strength, and create better muscle activation. Since adding it in, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my pull-ups—better range of motion, no forearm strain, and I finally feel the movement through my entire back instead of just my lats.
Sometimes the biggest improvements come from the simplest things. Don’t overlook your accessory work—it builds the foundation for stronger pull-ups, bigger deadlifts, and a healthier back.
