Man I truly love what we do because there are so many different perspectives we learn from. This one made a big impact in my heart and made me see construction work in a new lense. Growing up, Latina,I often heard that if you didn’t pursue higher education, construction was a reliable way to earn a living. I saw this firsthand with my dad, who, despite not knowing English, could still work in construction. I always considered it a backup option. However, working with Mel from Hoffman Construction and Viktoria from on this project really changed my perspective. I’ve gained a newfound respect for those in construction and the trades, recognizing their valuable contributions. This experience has also deepened my pride in my culture. As Latinos we are known for hard work but never did I look at it the way does. I’m ashamed to say I didn’t realize how valuable construction is! If you’re in construction all I can say is thank you! Thank you for building the roof over every building that shelters children, thank you for building those walls that help keep people alive, thank you for spending countless hours in miserable weather conditions just so the project gets done in time for someone to come work in and provide for their families. We are NOTHING without anyone in trades! Thank you Please follow for more information on their mission!..

So many people think that you have to post everyday! NO YOU DO NOT! In fact you really shouldn't. What you should do is be conistent, if you can post everyday for a year then of for it. However social media burn out is a real thing. I tell my clients to post 2-4 times a week. CONSISTENTLY. There are other reasons why you should not post every day!

1. Content Quality May Suffer
Posting daily can lead to a focus on quantity over quality, resulting in content that isn't as engaging, thoughtful, or valuable to your audience.

2. Audience Fatigue
Over-posting can overwhelm your audience, leading them to tune out or unfollow. They might feel "oh them again, and scroll past/ which then are less likely to engage with your content.

3. Decreased Engagement
Social media algorithms often favor content that gets higher engagement. If you're posting too frequently, each post may receive less attention and interaction, lowering overall engagement.

4. Dilutes Your Message
With too many posts, your key messages can get lost. Posting less frequently allows each piece of content to have a stronger impact.
