As the winter moves closer into spring, the symbolism of Persephone has been crossing my mind a lot, especially when it comes to deep transformation. I think a lot of us are feeling this overwhelming oppression & with that, rebellion & discovering the power that lay within us. 

For me, Persephone means holding space for duality, it understands that there will always reside both light & dark. Music, arts, & community has dramatically become active during periods of political hardships. Self-advocate in a way that works best for you whether it’s rest, play, loving or fight…
