The letter u, is programmable. U = you or it can be a symbol for your personal Divine God, Christ. Eventually when your ready, you can use family friends even enemies. Use what your comfortable with. The Divine in you can see through the separation we see with our eyes. There are over 7 billion people on this planet with their own individual relationship with God with their perception of life with their beliefs. This is only meant to empower and heal.
