Another type of object in the VeeMAC system is a Service Request. A Service Request (SR) can be initialized in the office or in the field, and once entered, will appear on everyone's map. The process to enter a SR begins with a click on the map or by geocoding a specific address. Call attempts can be recorded as a field technician attempts to contact the caller to complete the request. When closing out an SR, it can be tagged to an existing or new mosquito source if necessary.
