Employment Type: Full-Time M-F 8AM-5PM
Reports To: Office Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our property management firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of responsibility. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the team.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable learning new software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
