Inventory: We are seeing a slight increase in inventory, currently sitting at about 3.3 months of supply.
Market Status: Overall, the market remains balanced and stable.
Showings: Lockbox activity is down about 6% for the second week in a row. This is totally normal for this time of year as families wrap up the school year and head out on summer vacations!
