Fish Passage Success! The City of Surrey, B.C. has been working for years to improve salmon habitat in Bon Accord Creek. A tributary of the lower Fraser River, the creek once supported populations of Pacific salmon. For the last 70 years, a 500-foot long concrete flume blocked fish passage.
