Vandergrift Improvement Program - VIP

Our Story

The Vandergrift Improvement Program (VIP) was founded in 2004. It was originally a Main Street Program dedicated to the protection, preservation and restoration of the existing community by using a four-point approach that focuses on organization, economic restructuring, promotion, design, and sustainability of the business district. The VIP now includes the residential areas of Vandergrift and welcomes all residents and friends to see what opportunities for community involvement exist.
