On Tuesday at 7pm Fantuzzi, Adrian Xavier, TrueHeart & Bass Island are bringing Latin, reggae, afro-funk with a mystical twist to our little courtyard. Bring your dancing shoes and an open spirit!

Saturday we’re hosting another sold out Sensory Meditation to awaken the fiery summer solstice.

Traveling home today! I got to practice in incredible places this month and wanted to share some reflections 🙏

As we travel and we experience more and learn more - these new experiences help us to see the world differently and if we’re lucky we can come to see ourselves differently. More connected, more humble, more loving, more realistic about our lives and privileges and desires.
