With the utmost of care and concern for our clients and their families, we have suspended all Adult Group Classes, as of 3/12/2020.
The Certified Trainers are volunteering their time and leading outdoor body weight exercises, walking and/or running groups on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am at the 188th Trailhead of Island Center Forest. Atleast thru March. Home programs are available for clients at no charge.
