About my last private chef's gig. Nothing makes me more happy than having carte blanche for the menu and creating new food memories for my guests.

Artichoke and cauliflower is a always a good combination, especially with truffles.

When asked to do it, I was not excited about adding anything to a simple balanced hommus. But it actually turned out great with shawarma marinated beef. My topping with fried chickpeas gave the perfect crunch.
