Some things getting me through! Dakota was diagnosed with sarcoma last week, my birthday week, it’s been tough processing all of this all while dealing with major toxicity surrounding me. The magnet is helping me with that! 😂 and my favorite fried pickles and vodka soda! Some funny things and fun in between to help keep my chin up. I’m devastated for my dog Dakota but looking forward to our appointment next Thursday to see what we will do next

Spring flowers in Santa Monica 😍 feeling refreshed after getting outside for an hour today! I took my sandals off and walked in the grass in the park. The dirt and grass are so good for your feet and body especially if you’re not feeling balanced! Oh and always leaving seeing the squirrels in the park 🐿️😙

From crazy to calm after visiting Tikkun! The happenings in this world have been getting to me, it’s not the world I imagined as a child. Thank gosh for Korean body scrubs, bath milks and hot oil I feel like a new person. First Korean scrub I’ve ever gotten!! What a treatment!
