How to progress in the gym if we can’t go heavier?
Unfortunately we can’t add 10 pounds to our benchpress and deadlift week after week for years, BUT here are other approaches to progress:
❇️ Increase Reps
❇️Add extra sets
❇️Better form while lifting
❇️Slower reps
❇️Same workout done faster
❇️Performing exercises with rest stops
The list goes on and on, just make sure you leave the workout better in some form 👨🏼🏫
