It’s a new year and with that comes new beginnings.
Where are you starting anew?
How are you entering an adventure this year?
What are you challenging yourself in for 2022?
Do you have goals?
Do you have hopes?
Do you have future events to look forward to?
Do you know what you stand for and what you wake up in the morning that gets you out of bed?

Have you ever heard the saying "we don't drift into excellence."
Think about the truth of that statement.
We never drift into being good students. We never drift into living out a strong work ethic. We never drift into healthy eating or exercise. We don't drift into strong relationships or spiritual disciplines.
Intentionality.
When we are good students or workers we are intentional. When we are eating well and working out we are focused. When we are strengthening our relationships we are thoughtful and present. We aren't drifting.
Being intentional takes energy and motivation. We often need support and encouragement to be as intentional as we hope to be. As a life coach I offer support and encouragement. We focus on where you want to be intentional. Where are you wanting to stop drifting and move towards excellence?

As a coach I help you listen to you. So often our thoughts swirl around in our head and we don't really get a handle on what we think and feel and hope for. As I reflect back what I hear you say to my questions, clarity comes. It's a really fun and powerful process. Where are you seeking clarity lately?
