3rd annual Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month at the Victoria Mall is in the books. We had a good time talking to the public and sharing information. Good fellowship between DPS Trooper Ruben San Miguel and I. He will be doing guest speaking at the Drivers Ed In-Class Program in Victoria, Texas. More to come...
