If the unit doesn't look like the pictures on the internet, ours do or even better, are not made-ready properly or are not cleaned very well, you should ask the person showing you if they would move into the place. At Tucker Property Management, LLC, our management is responsive and maintenance, if needed, is preformed on the day you request it. Because if we were living in the unit, that is what we would expect.

Two things we think all prospective tenants should ask the management of any property you are considering renting is 1. What is your maintenance strategy or rather how fast are repair requests addressed and completed. 2. How responsive will management be to my calls, emails and request? At Tucker Property Management, LLC, our management is very responsive and maintenance request are preformed on the same day they are received. We review our policy on these two topics with all new residents when we sign our lease so there is no question as to what we provide. Getting this commitment up front from your management contact should help alleviate any problems going forward once you sign your lease.
