We've been working on launching our video production department for quite some time now. We have been out here in Corpus Christi with new gear, new team, new hopes and new dreams. Here's a sneak peak of one of our client's project we are working on now. These are just some aerial shots and not the official commercial. We have more shots to take before piecing it all together.
Our new video production department will be catering to local businesses who may need property highlights with still photos, walkthrough videos, FPVs and drone photography/videography. Our work caters to realtors, landscapers and all business owners that may want to produce professional commercials or videos for their brand promotions.

Our Story
Rank Above Others, LLC was founded and is led by US Navy Veteran, Van (Kevin) Lam. We’re a website design and digital marketing agency headquartered in Victoria, Texas. We have another location in Calgary, Canada, and will be working on franchising our establishment over the next 12-24 months throughout the United States. Going international is certainly an option as well, since we have clients all over the world.
We moved to Victoria from the DFW area, where we started back in 2009, in hopes of finding more peace, tranquility and time with our family. Prior to changing our branding and name, we were formerly known as “Texas SEO,” and we were ranked for all the major keywords related to it. Today, we are more focused on lead generation in various niches, conversion of visitors into buyers, and increasing profits/revenue for our clients.
